The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History understands the dynamic nature of professional development.

Our programs provide educators opportunities to engage, discuss, think about, try out, and hone new practices in a supportive environment that values inquiry, first-hand learning, and cognition as social processes.

All of our professional development programs support the intent of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and are certified by the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC). We are a unique provider of high quality staff development programs for K - 12 science teachers. We support and enhance your science curricula by collaboratively designing programs specifically tailored to your campus or district needs.
