WHO CAN USE THE MEMBERSHIP?

  • Our memberships are designed to allow two adults, living at the same address, to be listed as cardholders on a membership. If there is only one adult living at the address listed on the membership, only one card will be issued. The membership cannot be shared between households.

  • At least one cardholder must be present at every visit to check in, but they do not have to stay to escort guests through the museum.

WHO CANNOT USE THE MEMBERSHIP?

  • Children whose parents have memberships are not allowed to use the membership, unless they are over the age of 18 and live at their parent’s address. For example, if a babysitter brings the members’ children to the museum, the children / youth are not listed adult members, so the babysitter would have to pay for admission.

  • Friends and family who do not live at the same address as you are not allowed to use your membership. This includes grandparents, visiting family, and babysitters. One of the adult members listed on the account must be present to use the membership. Members are more than welcome to bring friends and family to the Museum with them provided their membership covers the extra guests.

  • For gift memberships, the purchaser of the membership does not have access to use the membership even though they purchased it.

  • Children on field trips are not eligible to use member discounts
