Directions to the Omni Theater:
The Omni Theater, an IMAX dome, is open during Museum construction. The parking lot directly north of the Omni Theater entrance is now closed for construction of a city parking garage. There is currently no pedestrian or vehicle access to the theater from Montgomery Street. Please use the pedestrian walkway accessible from Gendy Street to access the entrance to the Omni Theater. For your safety, pedestrian traffic is not permitted along Montgomery Street on the west side of construction.
Parking for the Omni Theater can be found:
- In the Will Rogers Coliseum Lot directly east of the Omni Theater; Entry is from Gendy Street.
- In the lot south of the Museum construction site, adjacent to the National Cowgirl Museum; Entry is from Montgomery or Harley. Follow the walkway along Gendy Street to access the Omni Theater entrance.
- Additional parking on crowded days is available in the South Harley Lot; Entry is from Harley. Follow the walkway along Gendy Street to access the Omni Theater entrance.
Accessibility
Limited handicap parking is available in the Will Rogers Lot on the east side of the Omni Theater.
