Job Posting - Human Resources Internship

HUMAN RESOURCE INTERNSHIP

Internship (unpaid)

The HR intern will be exposed to all of the functions of a human resources department and assist in preparing the foundational needs of a strategic business partner. The position should coincide with a goal of achieving school credit. Major projects may include: updating job descriptions, applicant tracking, an internal marketing plan (employee recognition), a volunteer program, and communication tools.

Basic Function and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Museum Hours: Monday - Saturday: 10a - 5p | Sunday: Noon - 5p
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas

Charlie Mary Noble went to college in the 1890s when few women did, earning her Bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in science from Texas Christian University (TCU).

The Museum's Noble Planetarium was the first planetarium to be named after a female astronomer, Charlie Mary Noble, a Fort Worth educator of math and astronomy.
