Honor someone important in your life

Recognize someone important in your life by giving a tribute gift to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History in their honor or memory. When you make a tribute gift, the honoree or family will be notified of your thoughtfulness. The Museum will provide them with your address, but not the amount of your gift.

If you prefer to send your tribute check in the mail, please include the following information and send to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, attention Development Office, 1600 Gendy St., Fort Worth, Texas 76107.

  • Name, address and phone number of donor

  • Donor’s membership number, if available

  • Full name of person honored or remembered

  • Address and phone number of honoree or family of deceased

  • Special occasion if appropriate, i.e. birthday, anniversary

  • Special message to send to honoree or family of deceased, if desired
